Cozinhe o pudim com o leite de acordo com as instruções da embalagem. Eu coloquei 2 colheres de amido de milho pra ficar mais grossinho. Recomendo só 1.<br />
Quando estiver morno, junte o abacaxi e coloque numa vasilha de vidro transparente.<br />
Leve a geladeira por 4 horas.<br />
Depois disso prepare a gelatina com a água, conforme as instruções da embalagem.<br />
Coloque por cima do creme, com cuidado. Leve à geladeira por mais 4 horas.<br />
Depois disso bata as claras em neve bem firme e vá acrescentando o açúcar aos poucos. Depois misture delicadamente o creme de leite e coloque por cima da gelatina. Mais umas 2 horas de geladeira e está prontinho.<br />

1 xícara de açúcar mascavo<br />
100 gramas de manteiga<br />

1 xícara de pasta de amendoim<br />
1 1/2 xícara de farinha de trigo<br />
1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó<br />
150 gramas de chocolate meio-amargo<br />

Bata a manteiga e o açúcar na batedeira, até misturar bem, em seguida acrescente o ovo e a pasta de amendoim, bata por mais alguns minutos. Fora da batedeira acrescente a farinha e o fermento, e misture com uma colher. Pique o chocolate e junte à massa.Molde os biscoitos e leve para assar em forno pré-aquecido, a 180 graus, de 7 a 10 minutos, ou até que estejam levemente dourados. Os biscoitos assam muito rapidamente, é importante ficar bem atento para não deixar queimar.O normal é utilizar uma colher para colocar pedaços de massa na forma, no entanto, se a consistência ficar mais firme, deixando a massa um tempo na geladeira, é possível abri-la com as mãos e alisar com o rolo de massa. Depois de abrir a massa, utilize uma xícara de cafezinho para ajudar a cortar os biscoitos.<br />

Dicas- O cookie ainda está mole ao retirá-lo do forno, portanto deixe para desenformar quando estiver frio, e utilize uma espátula para ajudar a desgrudar da forma.- Se preferir cubra a forma onde vai assar os biscoitos com papel manteiga para facilitar desenformar depois de frio.<br />

Bata com um garfo os ovos com a manteiga derretida e em seguida misture aos ingredientes secos. Amorne a água e acrescente aos poucos à massa, sovando com as mãos até que a massa fique elástica. Deixe a massa descansar por 2 horas ou até que dobre de volume. Coloque em uma vasilha a farinha de trigo, o açúcar, a baunilha, a canela em pó, as raspas de limão, e a manteiga derretida. Misture um pouco com uma colher. Acrescente o creme de leite, misture com as pontas dos dedos formando pequenos grumos.<br />

<br />Modo de preparo:<br />Coloque o sagú de molho em um pouco de água. Ferva o leite, jogue o sagú no leite fervido e mexa bem, dexando cozinharlentamente. Depois de cozido colocar o leite condensado, as gemas dissolvidas em um pouco de água. Bater as claras em neve, adicioná-las por último e mexer lntamente até que fique bem cozido. Despejar em um pirex e por cima jogar canela em pó.</div>
